why didn't gm put this in the cobalt.
why didn't gm put this in the cobalt.
well as we all know saab uses a 2.0 eco engine in there cars. its turbo and it produces some decent numbes 210 hp at 5600 rpm i believe and 220tq at incredibly low rpm i believe around 2k rpm so gm messed up by not giving an allready designed turbo system just make it fit into a cobalt and the possiblities would have been better and it would appeal to more tuners.
well, imho, the 9-3 is the equivalent of the cobalt as far as specs go. so that being said, the saab is a far more pricey car than the cobalt, attracting ppl who can more afford it. the cobalt is budget minded, hence an s/c. besides, turbos aren't the end all of forced induction, each one has it's own advantages and disadvantages.
