Does anyone know what a fair price would be to have a body shop take of the rear spoiler, fill holes and paint?

and if yours is an ss you dont even need to find a wrecked ss, just a coupe works

just do what i did, find a carbon fiber trunk that needs work for $100 and paint it yourself for $110 and it's cheaper and lighter than a wingless one!
