I use Valeo frameless style blades, not cheap at like $18/ea but they easily last 10-12 months here in New Jersey.

Anco's are pretty good and fairly cheap. From walmart I think...better than the pylon ones. I was thinking about mcguyvering a set of my own but that seems like a crappy and expensive idea.

Supposedly bosch are the best, I bought a set of michelin's and the larger blade slid off my damn hook...quality right there. Anco's and pylon are nice and snug and cheap...but the anco's perform better.

I hear that RainX blinker and halogen headlamp fluids offer the brighest visible light and the lowest evaporation rate of any leading national brand of blinker fluid

I just bought the bosch icons at advance auto parts, they had the buy one get one free...but I didn't realize it was a rebate lol. The signs by the blades didn't specify that at all so I go to pay and he's like it's 40+ and I said it was buy 1 get 1 free and he shows me this little rebate slip so I'm like grrrrreattttttt lol.

I tried the Bosch Icon blades and was FAIRLY happy, but repeat what TOOLMAN said, the center of the blade leaves a big streak a lot of the time, like the arm doesn't have enough spring tension to keep the blade forced down. I got rid of them recently and went back to Tripledge blades, because I've always had good luck with those on my old cars. Arm tension is restored but we're back to the pressure point issues where you'll occasionally get small streaks here and there, particularly with the **** storm we just got hit with.

Bottom line, I think if one can find a way to increase tension of the arm on the glass the beam style blades would be phenomenal.

x2. I've had them on my car now for just about half a year. I switched from the el cheapo brand wiper fluid to the yellow rain-x stuff and that is gone now. But it's really annoying that I need that certain brand for these wipers.

I fully recommend the wiper blades that actually curve and fit flush with the glass.

I use bosch icons. I had them for 2 winters now, and I'm gonna change in the spring. I had to bend the rubber a lil bit for a perfect contour, but with over 20k miles on the pair, i cant complain at all.

Are you referring to the poor wiping in the middle of the blade, or the wiper pulling the water back onto the windshield on the back-stroke?

I'm pretty certain I'll be trying out these Bosch Icon blades sometime soon. It seems that a lot of members are really sastisfied with them.

I have the same exact problem with the Bosch Icons. For $47 a pair I'll pass on them for the next set.
