Ok so this dealer cannot get a single SS S/C at all, so my option is an 06 Cobalt SS SOM, leather, sunroof, XM for $28Gs, thats with the amount I owe on my old balt, after the $19,700 down on it. So my monthly payments would be roughly $530, whereas my payments on the old one were $480, which is roughly what I figured to be, about $50-$60 more/month. So now I'm thinking about just waiting, until Spring 07 to look for a new vehicle. Just because I want to use winter to save up to put a nice chunk down on the insurance for the year so my monthly payments dont get so high, because it will go up 30% when I renew insurance. We shall see though, I shall keep ya updated!

What do you mean what you owe on the Cobalt. Do you not have replacement insurance on the one you smashed up? Tell them to replace with the same darn car period.

You are a mean man, Mike. Almost as mean as Matty.
JBP will be open again next week and I will get an update on the supposed completion of my engine.

hey dude...honestly, you have to drive again as soon as possible. when i got in my first accident when i was on my permit (in my dads Lincoln Mark LT) i got in a fender bender (nothing compared to what you did...i know, but it was my 3rd time ever driving) n after the accident, he said i should drive home. the next day, i thanked him for suggesting that i drive home, because i honestly felt that if i didnt drive right after the accident, i wouldnt ever want to drive again. the longer you wait, the worse itll get. just drive safer next time...i know ill never make the same mistake i did again...

No replacement insurance I didnt get it right at the time when I bought the insurance, and I didnt go in 30 days after because that was the limit to go change it. I'm almost certain I will be waiting until Spring....we'll see.
I have driven, I drove to work every morning, parents car, 00 Malibu LS, and I bring it home on my lunch break because nobody goes anywhere in the morning. So I am back behind the wheel, in downtown/residential areas I will never have a wreck, unless it's caused by someone else. But on that road that I wrecked on, I will not go over 40kph, even if I was going 60kph rather than 70kph there's still a good chance I would have lost it. But I'm back behind the wheel again, its all good.
