The worst luck!!

I don't mean to bitch, but has anyone had this much misfortune with their new SS? I have a black 05 SS/SC. Atleast none of my problems have been mechanical, (knock on wood) but nothing but **** has happened since I bought my 1st brand new car! 3 wks old - guy backs into me, so I get it fixed at the dealer where I bought it. They do a poor ass job (paint with finger prints in it etc.) & can't get the rear plastic bumper assembly to sit flush w/ the quarter panels. To make matters even worse, this past weekend I left my car parked overnight in a parking lot (no condition to drive) & discovered several small & large dents on the car the next day! They weren't there when I parked it. These aren't door dings either, the one on the hood looks like a body fell on it. The one on the door looks like something large slammed into it! I'm guessing a fight broke out right next to my ride! Does anyone have a worse story to make me not feel like the biggest f***** chump on this forum? If I only knew who caused the damage I would make sure they paid!!!

a month or two a go i parked my grand prix across from a drive way (like a dumb ass) while doing a side job valeting cars for some extra cash to put forwards towards the future lease of a cobalt, when the 60 some odd year old comes barreling out of their driveway @ like 15-20 in reverse does not see my black on black car w/17%tinted windows all the way around and smashes into my d/s rear door causing me to put my $ i earned that night + more to cover insurance deductable to buy me a new door & moldings...its not an ss story but hope it helps

I see I'm not the only one with bad luck. I'm meeting with the insurance auditor Monday & having my comprehensive cover the damages.

I have been having a bad time with my SS/SC. A week after I got it, something hit me on the freeway. something big and heavy enough to put a large dent on my hood and a large whole in the paint. A couple of weeks later I came to find some Very large dings in my drivers door where someone hit it a couple of times with a door. very noticable. I hit a large pot hole, blowing out my back tire. There where no tire dealers in my area that had a replacement tires and they all had to order it. Took 2 weeks to get a tire to me. God aufull expensive too. Valve stem leaking after the tire was replaced a week later. I have also been pulled over and held at gun point because MY CAR came back stolen. I was not happy. Trim fell of my sunroof. Sunroof stuck OPEN!!! Thats right, the sun roof was stuck open and it took the dealer 3 weeks to get the parts to replace the sunroof. Exhaust rattles. Guages are really slow. Tint is peeling off the windows......

What else do you want to know what is going on with my car.

Fake edit: But i still love it.

my own share of 'bad luck' and I havent even had the car 2 weeks yet...
Cobalt says ouch <- 4 pics there...
it was my own ******* fault though.. so I cant be mad at anyone but myself ..
was having a crap day at work with a webserver dying causing headaches and more work than I needed.. plus turns out my g/f had a bad day too, PLUS a friend of co-worker goes to the hospital.. but that's all totally unrelated and I wont get into it here..
stress upon stress upon stress upon headaches and frustration....

at least some touch up paint and buffing etc. and my baby should be okay...
figures though.. not even remotely close to having any accidents at high speeds (110mph on a 2 lane 65mph highway etc. hehe), I gotta have a dumb 1-2mph parking lot incident... I just keep telling myself "this will be my only incident with this car that is of my own fault"

My summary is I wish we could just redo Friday September 23rd

(p.s. I park in that spot pretty much every day ever since getting the car.. and suddenly yesterday I suddenly cant drive it seems... )

Oh man hope everything goes alright at court...and you're definitely better off not posting anything since the judicial system seems to have this means of finding out anything and everything about you .

Good luck...hopefully things get worked out .

Well I went into a guard rail because a fu*%ing deer had to turn around in mid stride, and on top of that I got a careless driving ticket, so your luck is 70x's better than mine my freind.

up to $4,500 in damage, and if I dont get the points taken away $5,000-$7,000 dollars a year (Im 17 and live in NJ).
