Wow Fast.

okay just kind of scared myself.... got home from Deftones first of all... wicked show, then was showing my buddy my new car took it for a spirited drive, and ended up going to an old country road and taking her up to 220 km - 137 mi an hour. pretty much seemed to top out there but wow was so quick. Last time i'll do that , just was curious . How fast have you's had yours up to ? and whats it sposed to top out at?

they are drag limited. no electric cut off on the ss s/c if thats what you got. if ur talking about the ss na. then i think its a 130 cut off. and if ur going to be one of those guys w/ a base/ sedan saying you got up to 137 then im just throwing the bs flag.

You don't know fear until you hit 110+ through the most dangerous turn on a race track. THAT was scary...

my fastest in my SS is 245km/h (152mile/h)

but you really don't know scary until you've done 305km/h (190mile/h) on a bike.
thats some a serious draft, just don't stick your head up.
but i'll say one thing, once was more then enough for me to say never again. lol
well maybe I'll do it again.

The wind on a bike going 150+ must be crazy. I can't even imagine it.

Fastest I've had the Redline was 125, that was when I was shifting into 5th. Still pulling really hard . . . want to go faster, but I definitely like my license.

I think at 125 it already gone if you get caught so you might as well go out in a blaze of glory, haha

I haven't been able to take it out to go fast. My buddy test drove mine and got it to 210 in 4th. I've only got it to 180 on the major highway. So many cops around here.

Wheres a good place to drive around Niagara Falls, St Catharines Region?

wow it'd take forever to get to 160 mph.... at about 140mph it was hardly picking up on mine, but the road wasn't flat flat... iu dunno didn't feel like holding out any longer , the thing is so touchy at those speeds ( steering ) ... and ya no **** on a bike i'd be shitting my pants going that fast let alone over 300 Km!

as for the getting pulled over thing... I def agree blaze of gory... haha licence is gone over 100 mph or 180 km,.. just a one time thing for me, like i said. unless i'm on a closed course. Couldn't help but feel like i was hurting my car too ... even tho it was only revving at 5000 in 5th ...

atually it the wind was actually forcing my head down, in the tucked position. not that i was stupid enought toeven try to to lift my head.

it was really when i looked to the side did I start getting a little scared, the dashed lines looks solid, and the trees, looked like a green wall.

thats when I said OK a little to much.

Could be wrong, but I don't think the base sedan will get up to 130. Whoever said they had base sedan with intake to 130 I believe the 2.2 has a governor on it, for more reasons then one. The tires on most 2.2s will not hold that speed without starting to burn a little bit of tread. (I was told) Also I think GM put a governor at like 127 on the base but like I said, I could be wrong in all that I just said so don't quote me.

I had my 2.2 up to 115 and a van changed lanes so I slowed down.
I have had my 2.4 up to 125 but that was on I35E going south from Dallas, and traffic was approaching in front of me at faster then I cared to accelerate more. Maybe one day on a track I will top it out, but til then, you won't see me on a highway doing more then 120.
