WTF! Crash..

I haven't been around much but figured I would share the trauma. Had a guy try and share the same lane, same spot and at the same time as myself. Well he'll be buying my pass side door and quarter panel. The dude says to me " I didn't see you there, sorry ". To which I reply " The car is bright yellow you dumb f**k! ". Thankfully the cops showed up rather quickly. Looks to be about only 2K worth of damage so it shouldn't be in the shop very long..

Nah, I was in the left lane and he decided to go around the car in front of him and turned into my lane as I passed him. The side of my car looks like I just finished a Nascar racer!

I don't think he was out of line, I probably would have said the same thing or a whole lot worse. There's absolutely no reason to change lanes into someone except driving with your head up your ass and not paying attention.

I don't blame you for your comment. I had some dumb redneck almost merge into me when I was driving my Jeep (Lifted, LOUD, and Flashy). He begins to berate me at the next stopsign (I had my top down). I just reply with "If you can't see this monstrous piece of ****, you need to GTF off the road."

My response would have been similar, but with an added; "Its called a blind spot for reason, maybe you should turn your head and f**king look next time!"

You guys are funny. He was driving a Saturn..with dent resistant panels no less. Ya see, the problem is that most accidents are preventable. I work 55-60 hours a week to pay the combined $855. a month for my car, bike and insurance. And add that to a family with 2 kids also. Could I have been calmer? Yes. People need to take the time to be aware that there are others around them who want to get home in one piece to thier families and without any financial hardship. I do believe that this guy was truly sorry and just had a brain-fart.

Number one, No one would be picking any part of me out of their fist. With 13 years in the Infantry and being 34 years old i'm ready to dispatch more than my share of people or at least send them home knowing that they were in a fight. Second, I just got off the phone with his insurance company. Guess what?? They dropped him two weeks ago for non-payment!! So my question is....Do I have the right yet to be pissed off and be an *******???

P.S. 2485.00 worth of damage that MY insurance will probably have to cover.
