hmmm. that wold sound alright. i hope it doesnt sound like ass though. theres a 07 si runnning around my town full 3" catless exhaust and his sounds like absolute ****, i am praying mine doesnt
thanks wolf...it jus studders slightly in first an second an then it goes fine after the slight studder at the beginning of the first an second gear....but thats wat i was thinking was to regap the plugs...w/o the exhaust it ran great but i think the backpressure helped...i'll regap when i get home....you sure that would/might fix it?.... my exhaust i did was a 3inch dp to 2.5 bolt in for the combo....HUGE difference...its loudd..lol but raspy---aside from that light studder that makes it sound like a small misfire
Maybe mine will come in today as well since I ordered the ceramic headers also.

brick you get an o 2 extension for the rear o2 sensor with the package...should be with your glange nuts and gaskets in you lil envelop thing.....day 2 and the paint is almost gone already...if anyone decides to strip that **** off an repaint it....let me know how it holds up after a few days...also i have a studder in first and second at hte verry beginning of the gears...i think its either learning the new exhaust, bad zzp tune, or i need to regap my spark plugs..they are stil at .stock setting
mine vibrates right about where the header and dp hookup when i downshift and the rpms hit somewhere between 3000 and 3500 rpms. if the rpms keep climbing or drop the vibrating stops. any suggestions?
yes shadow i did throw a check engine light....however my car studders at the very beginning of 1st 2nd and 3rd...but with a little clutch slipping i'm avoiding it...i'm not sure if its the zzp tune thats makin it studder or something with the engine through the CEL or the extra air threw the CEL but then again it shouldnt because zzp supposedly deletes that rear o2 sensor....i'm just gunna get a retune somewhere when i get the money but other than that she runs pretty good

disconnect the battery for 10-20 minutes to be safe and the cel might go away. not guaranteed, but there is a good chance.
its not really possible to reinstall the heat shield cuz there was a bolt that bolted to the stock header to keep it from rattling an moving around....the aftermarket zzp header does not have this
