how many members would we need down here in the rgv to be able to get the banner here? we have several cobalts here and can get more for sure...

 

it's not a question of how many members....someone just has to speak up and say, "Hey, I'll gladly take it around my area and get signed!" The only reason it's coming to DFW, Houston or San Antonio is because local groups tend to organize credible events with a lot more ease, and have a central person to speak up, like asherby or htown2200 or drangonsfire.

So, in other words, just speak up and someone will gladly mail it (or drive it) your way.
