Interior: How to: Headliner Cover
if i may add something..... if you use 3m super 76 or contact cement, it will not pull off. the reason the material will pull down off the headliner over time is becasue of heat. Heat breaks down the spray glue. The super 76 is a lot more money, but will not break down with the normal heat from the headliner.
overall i think it looks great! what material did you use?

ok check this out.. i just got my black suade in right and i was just about to do it when i realized... wait. if i don't put the visors or little clips but up how will it stay? so i think im just going to put the bases of eerything back up and not the actuall visor. secound i realized that you have to pull the two layers of the factory stuff back first or else the material will not stick. secound i don't want mine to look like crap so im proboly going to have it brought some wehere and have them do it.
peace. ill post pics ina couple of days.

ok so the glue really doesn't stick to the stock TAN fabrix so you have to take that off and the glue over time will fall off the grey padding so you have to take it down the the bare fiber glass... there is where it loses it shape. if any one knows what kinda adheasvie t use on the stock headline which will make the fabric stick then please let me know i used "3M headliner glue it stuck but not that great.
i was thinking of possibly using like a fabric dye to just make the headliner black...seems safer to me than possibly screwing up the whole thing. anyone have any reasons it wont work?
much needed how too though

dyeing it would be a great choice... a smaller chance of screwing it up... i dunno how much it would take... but i know any arts and craft store would have it, walmart too... and i guess for how much it takes depends on the size of the bottle... lol
