2.0 LSJ Engine: How to: Install OTTP Rotated Mount Stage 1
i know this is prob gonna get me some heat but its not shown in here which way the front mount is installed, as in what side is facing up since i havent gotten under the car to check it out yet.. anybody?
its not completely necessary to take the rear mount all the way off. you can just loosen the bolts and slide the spacer in there this way you dont have to deal with trying to line everything back up which was a pita for me
I did the front mount first, rear mount spacer second, lowered the car back down, loosened three upper motor mount bolts a turn, drove back and fourth in my parking space a few times, tightened... still getting wheel hop as bad as stock...
Actually, I have loosened the three bolts, on three occasions now, and still wont cure my hop. I've got Goodyear Eagle F1's (GS-D3) with about 38 psi in all.
HELP!

Loosen each bolt on the engine mount found under the hood on the passenger side by one full rotation and then retighten. i had that problem and someone told me this. works like a charm.
Bada bing, bada boom!
So i just installed mine today after a long while of it sitting in my trunk and it feels good on there... only thing is the engine vibrations are kinda annoying while the car is at idle.. any quick fixes? and yes i loosend the top motor mount and re tightened it when i was done and still vibrates
Thank you for the write up. I just installed mine today. It took about 30 min and that includes getting the tools out and putting them back up. I usually only have wheel hop when it rains so I will test it then. I have to say I did notice some vibrations I should get use to that.
