do u have any how to on the Hvac and Gauge Needles

 

Great idea, and "how-to". Never thought it would be quite that easy

 

i am going to do the guage needles one soon. as for the hvac biohazard has a how 2 on those

the pics are very big 2560 X 1920 rez

 

for a better pic set your digital cam to night mode, and turn flash off and sit very very still or set the cam on something

sorry its going to be a little while on the how to cause i have been working alot since the meet on the 10th of oct i will try to get it done soon as i get some time off around nov 8th or so

 

ok guys for the guage needles how-to i am going to work on it after thanksgiving cause ive been busy with my photoshoping stuff for my paying customers.

also i will be taking my guages apart sometime soon to see about moding them to take off the lights and replace them once i find out the voltage rating for all of them and to see if there in series or parelell (sp)

i will be replaceing them with led's.

 

Hey man thats a great how to and I'm gonna be doing it real soon but i have a couple of questions for you.

1. What did you use to color the buttons?
2. Does the light still shine through bright or is it real dull?
3. And did you color the light bulbs too cause it looks like they are colored in the 8th pic?

 

coloring of the buttons was done by a dry erase marker .

light shines threw a little dimmer than stock but not much.

no i did not color the lights

 

Do you think if it was colored red that it would come through all red? That would be really cool if it could.

 

possably im not sure yet im working on another possable fix to some of these
