yeah, mkulrey has a cupholder LED kit with 8leds and supposedly everything else you need to install. you can prolly just PM him about it, i dont think its a regular item on buyhids.com.

to chicken and thebucky, yeah it was originally painted black, but the winter faded it, so i just taped off the silver trim and slapped some dip on it, quick fix

Frog Tape would work better at avoiding over spray than regular painters tape. It may have already been suggested but I didn't necessarily want to look through all the pages of this thread. Pretty well setup How-To thread though! Good job

Well you've definitely give me some inspiration there, Drew. That bowtie definitely looks way nice.

BTW the crash/fender bender has left me with an extra TC lower grill ( I had mine removed but the adjuster had put it on there for replacement in the estimate), anyone want it?

She's getting fixed and will be beautiful once more.

Now that the car's not pristine anymore, I'm definitely going to look into a big turbo and just go nuts

did some dipping this weekend. Didn't completely finish, but got everything painted just need to install the parts back on.

decided to paint all the interior pieces, also bought the black A/C controls to replace the silver one. Here are the before pics

here are the after pics. I'll add the rest when i get the interior back together.

don't think i'm going to keep the evo mod, but was curious how it looks.

its actually really easy. just pop out the cover in the bottom of the handle, remove 2 screws and bam its out, after you remove the connectors first off course. Then the buttons just pop out, be careful not to break the tabs though.

here are some other pics of what i had fun with.. lol.. oh and that card trick for the wheels worked out great!

the wheels, headlights, evo mod, and interior all finished!

So you're saying to take the tape off after the first coat? but do four coats? So you spray, remove tape, let it dry, then retape and spray again?

im actually going to so this as well. no sense in having a silver trim if the majority of the interior is black... haha. i thought about doing the side skirts, haha maybe even the wing. prolly too much rice after the wing, the skirts are pushing it i think.

Maybe a little.

I'll probably do it to the interior trim. Maybe to my winter shoes too just because the gunmetal looks like ****.

The possibilities are endless. I just want to start plastidipping everything. I don't know why.

I might go home and plastidip my computer mouse. MURDERED OUT YO'.

No, keep the tape on till the very end.. Every coat you do will re-wet the first coats. Two coats is plenty, just make sure to pull the tape off before it dries.

Really though, 1-2 coats is all you need.

Lifter, you know you love it.

I think for the CED meet this year I might plasti-dip the majority of my car haha.
