Nothing new I'm sure but here is my fix for my ugly front plate:

Before:


Start small and get bigger with your bits until the rivot gives out


Pull off the plate and clean up the holes:


Autozone FTW!


During the above process...6 coats of color matched white I bought from GM and 3 clear coats.


Better than how it was but of course I wish the F'n dealership left the plate off!

you can always put the plate on the dash, as long as its there they cant say anything.

yes they can its the law has to have 2 plates on the bumpers only can't be in the windshield
