Never mind figured it out...ya no some engrs are stupid. The attachement procedure for this tank is really dumb!
You have to disassemble the fuse cover, better disconnect the battery.
Just look at the way they designed the tab attachment, and the stupid clamp on the lower hose!!!!
I wound up melting it off so I could remove the tank. What a pain
