And also, My Chevy dealership only charged me $6.36 for a new bolt, so its not like a crazy "specialty" $40 bolt.

Well I got the part number for the LE5. Cost me $7.81 special order at the dealer and takes 4-5 business days. Part #:11589123
Does anyone know, if I wanted to just remove the belt on my a/c how difficult it would be? And I only want to do it temporarily for the track...shouldn't hurt my car combined with the lightweight crank pulley right?

You need a torque wrench. If you don't have one, buy one. You should have one to rotate tires or anything like that anyway. Get a basic click-type one unless you do heavy work on a regular basis, they can be had for less than $50 at most places. I've seen them for under $30 at Harbor Freight.

Okay, so I asked the dealership, and they told me the first path is 74 ft/lbs and the final path is 75 degrees.
Simple question, the degrees is what makes it a TTY bolt, right? Like, after it is torqued down, I turn the wrench another 75*, right?
