They can go as low as 3.5". They have also been installed on a coablt already. I just contacted D2 and they stated athe had sold a few sets to members on the .com site through a vendor there.

Reviews by the wrx guys
"ok guys, i dont own these coilovers, but i did take a ride in a car that had them and we rode from asheville NC to Alpharetta GA to topspeed for a tune. These are awesome coilovers. they are stiff but comfertable on the street. The dampners are amazing. lots of coilovers have stiff bound but not stiff rebound so you get a crappy ride (at least i think that is how it was explained to me but i could be wrong.) Anyways, they are awesome, the guys said that usually cars on the dyno with JIC coilovers will bounce during a pull, the D2s didnt bounce at all, just sat there like the car wasnt doing 95 mph on the dyno. These are the coilovers that i will buy when i eventually get some. And the price is unbeatable, who wants to pay 1400 for used JICs when you can get brand new D2s for 1200.

Also coupon is fixed to include the free shipping. Happy buying

Unless you have coilovers they aren't. The k sports are 1" fornt and 1.3" rear drop

i guarantee the coilovers go lower. He probably just hasn't set them all the way down. You run into axle binding and drivability issues.

Its not a problem. You can go 3.5" lower than your stock ride height. Thats an 1.5" lower than than d2 springs.

d2 racing coilovers can drop really low. they make these same ones for other cars. my friend got them on his lancer and he is tucking his tires and still got an inch to go lower.
