Air Box Mod..
the ABM is nice. i have it ATM but i want to take it out and go injen or k&n or something.
its dyno tested that you do get more power out of that metal pipe rather than the plastic that we have.
but its still good

Well i own a Redline....We take the grille insert out with a dremel, put a k&N filter in, unbolt the top of the airbox lid and keep it unbolted, take the intake pipe at the bottom of the box and spin it to where it sticks right into the grille insert cutout and it is a direct ram air setup, the s/c'er screams in our cars when this is done. Not to mention this showed a 5-7HP gain over stock for 46 dollars and the s/c'er screams.
Keeping the RL, i am putting the $2500 i had for a downpayment and using it on the Redline, im going to spray the **** out of my car!
.......Building the motor up to handle it though of course, its also getting some new suspension goodies and my spec stage 5 clutch is going in as well.

It can be done on the Cobalts as well, but in a different way, i would need an ss/sc to see if i could pull something off like the way i do it to the Redlines, it worked wonders at the track in 90+ degree heat!
