Don't bring STLSR and Hall Street into the same sentence. And I am one of those asshats. You are not welcome there. Hi Aj.

Hi mike.. You wanna buy a Gay Red Cobalt? I'll even put the rainbow banner back onto it. Someone came and looked at it this weekend. Parents said it was too fast for a firstl. I then laughed.. Cobalts should not be labeled in the fast category

Chesterfield stl here.

And jesus people still go to hall street? Thats got to be laughable at best.
and most people on stlsr quit going to hall street. Last time a large amount of stlsr members went down to hall street was probably late 2002....

Hall St. was semi decent then.. Some fast cars actually went.. Last time I was there, a turbo 4v SN95 was running some 03-04 cobras and putting quite a few legnths on them.. Last time I went.. Probably 2005ish.. not sure.

Mike they laugh you off stlsr too....and you were at hall street last summer and so was i, i dont give a poop what people think, its something to do. **** STLSR and STL-SPEED and all the other gay ass sites that have to do with V8 nut hugging ****. Just wait until i drop the bomb on STL with my new sport compact racing website ........... They most all know me and hate me so i dont care for V8s. Plus it takes no effort into making a V8 fast, nobody says ooo look at that mustang or camaro anymore cause they are everywhere. Being different is the best way to be, thats why i bought a Yaris. These V8s wont last much longer, thats why i think its so funny.....They better like cars like the Yaris, thats what they will be driving 5-6 years down the road when gas prices sky rocket. Sorry i had to vent! But on a side note, i have decided to go for the world record all nitrous powered Yaris in the spring 13.9@101mph is the record so far for nitrous and stock internals on a 65 shot on 22" slicks. Im looking to beat that........... and **** high 11's is the fastest Yaris, pretty funny a 1.5 is faster then 95% of the cars on here haha

eh theres still a lot that can be done to save the V8s. Displacement on demand and direct injection is a good start. As well as 6th gears with insanely low cruising rpms. Ever seen a C6 get 37mpg at 80mph? I have As far as it being easy to make them fast well that depends on what you define as fast

In the end theres still no replacing the feel of a strong v8 under the hood. Supercharging and turbo'ing 4 cylinders is a good substitute. But its just that. As far as STLSPEED and STLSR nut swinging from the V8s they dont always but if you come in with attitude with a 13 second 4 cylinder then yeah your going to get ****. But you come in lay low put down some good numbers for what you then you will get some respect. BTW site wise theres several new stl sites coming up soon here. One of which I know will be really innovative for a car forum style site.

As far as the yaris that would be fun to see a yaris run that fast but I wonder WTF toyota was thinking when they built those things.... seriously the cup holders infront of the vents?

Jake, that was two summers ago I believe.. And I may have went there 3 times and never stayed long.. I just remember beating the other cobalt with "bolt-ons" in my bone stock SS by a lot and laughing the whole time.. I even messed up the launch. And you were in the car hahahahaa. Oh, and the yaris needs more green wheel..
