The hotel charged my credit card 7 times, from the time I checked in, until sunday checkout. Completely locked out my account. Charged me the wrong price for the room, 3 times...., gave me a one bed, when I originally reserved a 2 bedroom, and they called me at 7am!

told the chick with the wig that I wasn't happy and wanted saturday free because I had no form of money because they locked my account up.

Then today, I called the General Manager and he said that he was embarrased by his staff and was going to credit my account for friday as well.

that thing had to of been superglued to her head I seriously saw her every time I walked up stairs to go get more beer friday night and it never shifted.

Lol her hair was outrageous! She yelled at us for being in the "lounge" area on Saturday...at 6pm.

 

I know seriously. Why have it there if it's only going to be used 4 hours a day. Stupid.

That manager wig bitch screwed us over. we reserved the room for friday when we got there we told her we were gonna extend our stay til saturday night she told us quote: "that is fine, but come down tomorrow morning when you go to breakfast and we will take care of it then" that following morning she is gone and the dumb bitch at the front desk tells us that she already sold the room for the night before we even checked out!! i would think that is against the company policy or something. either way by the end of my stay there i was pretty close to settin that whole place on fire lol.

She was the only annoyance really with the hotel. Rag on that Chad guy all you want he was cool.

 

Yeah he was, he was the one who actually let us in the conference room so we wouldn't be sardined into a hotel room!

 

That hotel fucked themselves. They knew we were coming, they had rooms reserved, they should have just stuck us all on the same floor. It's their own fault so **** 'em and that bitchy lady manager. She gave me a tude and a half when I wanted to buy that ice cream sandwich. There was a line of people checking in so I was like, "Hey no rush take your time," and I didn't say it sarcastically either and when she finally got to me she was all bitchy about it. Whatever, maybe her wig itched her or something...

 

They probably threw a party when we left!

 

I have a feeling they didn't because that manager was such a tight ass.
