well i know when i was a member of ford truck world we would meet in columbia missouri cause its just about center of missouri theres a hooters there that we used to meet up at and also a wild bufflo wings in the same area from warrenton its about 45 min - hour 15 min drive traffic / speed pending and i think its about the same from kc mo.


Pending on intrest i would like to set this up for saturday the 19th or sunday the 20th.

 

I would be interested in a meet depending on how far away it would be. For people near STL, there is a local group of J-Body owners that usually have a meet the first Saturday of each month. There are also other car shows, BBQ's, ect. that are held by this group. Many of the members no longer own j-bodies, and several members own Cobalts, SRT-4, WRX, TC, and other cars. All are welcome as long as you act civilized and don't cause trouble. I haven't been to a meeting in over a year, but I plan to start going again now that I am out of college. They have a message board to explain the meeting locations and to speak with other people in the Gateway area. Check it out, and maybee I will see you there

I would like to get some meets set up with cobalt owners in the area. I have actually been thinking of kind of starting my own group/club for stl area cobalt owners. I am working on a website that can be used for local info/meets and other local related info. Let me know if anyone thinks this could help things out.

I'm still active in the GJBO, but they cant get their **** right. Suppose to have a meeting this weekend, but no one resevered a meeting spot.

 

i used to be a member of gjbo it was a nice group just too much stuff going on with them and drama. i would like to talk to the owner of cobaltss.net about something i have a idea on might have to send johnnyb a pm soon

When are you planning the Columbia meet? I would be interested in going, but need to know when you are planning it.

Also, I am working on a website that the STL/Missouri area cobalts can plan stuff out and maybe make things easier to coordinate. The website will be stlcobaltss dot com. I will hopefully be able to get the site built and working within the next week or two.

 

well right now i am working on a list of people wanting to get this started so please people who want to get on and lets start a central mo cobalt club add your name to the lisst i posted.

im seeing interest in this so i will be planning on trying to get togather and get it setup for around saturday the 19th or sunday the 20th all members wanting to try to get this please chime in on a good date for all i am really wanting to get this started
