You talking about Byrun?? I think thats the track that goes down hill.

Ya no, I saw a picture of that track the other day and I thought that was an optical illusion! I guess not.

I wasn't sure about the name. My buddy from Ill. said it was Bryant? I do like the nasty looking powerplant in the background!

No optical illiusion there. I think its also a 1/8 mile track.

I just did a search and it is Byron and it's a 1/4 mile track. What's Route 66 like?

I know they used to run 1/4 but then went to 1/8 cause of the dip in the track.

Wow, that's lame! Why don't they fix it this is the case?

Byron sux in comparison to GLD. I like it. The new track surface seems to hook a bit better. New safety stuff/wider lanes in the turnout area... New BAR area! I like GLD. Plus you can bring your own cooler into the stands unlike RT 66.

Rt66 is nice but Indy is cool but the best is in minesota!! Talk about a party.

Rt 66 is an awesome place. You could dead hook on that track in the middle of a snow storm in December. It just costs a grip to get in, and is often packed, especially on weekends and/or when there are events going on. Plus its about thrice the distance as GLD...
