I have an 09 cobalt ss tc, and and its driving like crap right now. Whenever im driving im losing boost or it only goes as high at 4psi most of the time. Whenever I shift it makes a fluttering noise. Now my check engine light is on and my car wont start. I took it to the dealer and they say its my air filter. I have an AEM cold air intake kit that runs down by my front right wheel. Im thinking the filter sucked up water and its causing my car to run like crap. Does anybody else have this problem, and any suggestions on what might be causing this??
