awww... i guess this is what happens when I don't get on css.net for a couple weeks, I miss out on an opportunity like this. I'm gonna be going to HIN, and would have loved to be able to have my car on display, even though its a lowly sedan.

I think you will need to get there a few hours b4 the show opens. not the night b4. I will know more in the next day or so. Keep checking back here.

All sounds good glad we don't have to pile in on Friday night. Tom are you going to arrange a cruise in around the time us that are showing have to be there on Saturday or are we going to be on our own? If not, would you guys who are showing like to meet up at CED or somewhere and cruise in together? I'm coming from western IL so it would be nice not to have to cruise in there by myself.

I will start working on a cruise, if we do I say we leave CED at noon, its about a 50 min drive to Toyota park from CED.

I dont know if I'll be able to make the cruise from CED to HIN. I live about 20 minutes from Toyota Park, so I may just drive there on my own, I'll see though if I can make it up to CED.

 

for the people who are in the show withthe rig... do we get in and everything free....or will we have to pay some kind of fee or parking or back stage pass....

also so we will not have to show up with anything? the people at check in will have our names?????

 

Ok not to be a downer but the forecast is calling for rain on Saturday. Will the show still take place or is there a rain date?

 

When you get there they will have your name on a list, it includes entry for you and one guest. Tell them that you are with the GM Tuner rig display and they will point you in the right direction.

hey i took my car earlier to the GM Rig but no one from the GM rig was there.... so i just dropped my car off there in front of it... hopefully i wont have to move it but if i do i will be there around threee ok?
