i like the body style but if gas would get horrible mileage, I am currently driving a 6.0 one and the mileage blows, but if your going with a duramax i would get the slightly older style as it has the lbz motor.

 

i'm not really looking to do stuff to the engine. just a 6 to 9 inch lift. blacked out lights, remove all the badges and trim.. mostly looks

if the car has recaros, it has the g85 package?(unless swapped) cause i know theres are some cars the don't have recaros but do have the g85 package

05-06 G85 cobalts came with Recaro's. 07 G85 cobalts didn't come with recaro's only the G85 trans.

 

so unless that guy swapped them in there. i'll be in business

not too sure. i'm going saturday to go rip apart the old one. then its a matter of getting the insurance money and paying off the loan. then going and getting that one

the ass hats the the place i took the car said it was "the next one up" for estimating for about 4 days straight. and so the insurance company kept calling us about it. and we just told them to talk to the shop. so finally i called the shop and said look, i know its totalled. so just go out there and say you looked at it and right some **** down and lets get things moving. and so sure enough the next day the insurance company called and said they'd give me 13,4fifty somethin and that i can go take off the parts i put on it. but the only time the shop has a lift open is saturday. and i can't get to the exhaust cause the car is laying on the underbody... idk. i might just say **** it and bundle up, bring over a jack and tools and work through the cold. haha

 

if it was a thursday or a friday, i would consider coming out and helping.
