Besides Bryan is anyone else here running the pacesetter header? My armor coated one is in the mail and I'm trying to find a good exhaust shop to fab me a custom downpipe and cut the stupid ball flange off of the header. I really don't want to cut up the stock one there are too many restrictive spots on it.

Not really, I made 264whp 232wtq on the M62 with a 2.9 with the 3". His 2.5" would be good for You. Dependin gon what you want out of the car down the road, you may have to switch to a 3". I am sure it is loud as hell. I'm sure it is loud, Bryans car was loud with the Vibrant.

Possibley, not really sure. If its to much for you, you can add a resonator to dumb it down a bit.

 

My Borla is a strait through muffler. It's a lil raspy even with my resonator.
