the gm stage 2 is black. he must be using jdm polishing cream......... and INO new springs or struts needed.Would you be able to tell if you saw them in person.

 

People have polished there pulleys before.

I would say blown shocks. Are the front springs touching too? You can push down on the front or back of the car, and if it continues bouncing longer then it should, its the struts/shocks.
