So far:
Set of stock headlights: 70 shipped
Set of Bulbs/Ballasts: ~100 shipped
Set of projectors: 70 shipped
Set of clear lenses for projectors: 60 shipped
Set of shrouds: 60 shipped

So, 360ish total so far, probably around 400 total after buying all the hardware and building the wiring harness.

Yeah, they'll be all black. I'll probably throw some amber LED side markers in too. Here is a link to the turn signals/parking lights I made for my G6 retro...ignore my dad in the background lol. I probably won't get this extravagent with the cobalt.

Eh, I start working in May as an Electrical/Lighting engineer, I guess this is my forte.

Yeah, my dad was an electrician about 20 years ago, so he always makes sure he gets his .02 in when I start messing with electrical stuff. I usually just laugh and tell him thanks for the help.

Depending on how well these go, I may be able to help. You could always get smartdude24 to do a set for you too.

Well, there is bare aluminum wire that was soldered to the legs of each LED, so that it made a complete circuit.

I find splicing to be very relaxing.....this is what i used to do every day before I got layed off from AT&T...

BTW, this is a 3000 pair.....never spliced one this big but I really wanted to, to see how fast I could do it. And if you couldnt remember the color code....your screwed. lol
