well I just "googled" it... hahaha... seems fairly easy... especially since I have an Automatic... I might give it a try... I just want to get my car on the track to see what it can do... I've never been but I don't know what to enter and what not to enter... so I may go tonight... I wanna run though..! Would I need a helmet..?

 

You will need a helmet and you will have to go through tech inspection.

Make sure that your battery is securely mounted (factory mounting is OK) as the tech guy will grab the battery to see if it is loose.

Make sure you have all of your lug nuts on your wheels.

If you have modified the cooling system, you must have a catch can for radiator overflow.

Don't run your A/C as that leaks condensation on the track.

If you have nitrous in the car you will need a fire jacket even if you are not spraying your car.

Above all, watch the track crew and follow thier instructions.

Have fun and don't forget to stop and pick up your timeslip from the timing shack on the way back to the pits.
