Hey dub do you think the CA heat exchanger is a waste of money? I'm thinking about bidding on one on ebay and I was wondering if the cobra one would be sufficient?

Really? Why do you say that about CA? Do you have the cobra heat exchanger? Where can I get the brackets for the heat exchanger?

 

I just hate cobalt addiction. you can get a cobra heat exchanger for like 75 bucks and it works just as good. and you can have someone make brackets for ya

 

I just bought a cobra heat exchanger off ebay for $100 and went ahead and bought the bwoody brackets.

 

i could have made you brackets for a lot less than 60 bucks

i hate being without a car they got everything out of the car and ready to put in tomorrow so i hope i get it back tomorrow evening

 

That's a better deal. With shipping, theirs is like $70. I emailed them and told them to cancel the order. As soon as it goes through, i'll have you make me some if you don't mind. How long will it take to make them? I will also need the hoses for the exchanger and all the other necessary hardware for it. I will pay you for all of it if you want to get it for me. I'll give you some extra money if you will help me install it. I'm also looking at getting the dual pass. I'll probably install it all at the same time. What are they putting in your car?

 

by the way i can probably help out with your crap also. i've done a dualpass before so it should be fairly easy

My order has been cancelled with bwoody. You can go ahead and make the brackets and get everything ready. Thanks a lot man! What kind of clutch are you getting? You come to kc often? Your about a 3 hour drive from st. joseph. According to yahoo maps. Oh yeah, and I just bought a dual pass off ebay.

 

ok i will sart making them and getting everything ready yea i go up there about once a month or so. where do you want to do the install at? i got the exedy cluch im hoping it will be done today

 

It doesn't matter where we do it. I don't have a garage to do it in or we could do it at my apartment. maybe one of the other guys will let us do it in their drive. Do you usually come down on weekends? You'll have to let me know ahead of time so I can take the day off.

 

yea weekends work best for me yea we can do it in kc, it's a long drive but you can come here i have a car lift and a nice shop to work in but it's up to you i will let you know when i get everything ready your lookin at week tops

 

Just remember to bring the bolts I need to put it together Conn!
