From what I understand is that the supercharger on the 05 ss was a bolt on part and as far as I know other than the sc they have the same engine. Am I right on that part? If so how much could I pick up the sc for and where, cause I am thinking it would be far cheaper than a turbo kit and far easier to instal to get a jump in hp. Also what are some cheap things I could do to gain power and I'm trying to avoid nos

 

There is much more into it than just bolting a supercharger to your car, and no it will not just bolt up to your motor asuming you have a 2.2/2.4. You better do some more research.

 

There's "how to" guides on how to do it and people usually sell sc parts on here
