I'm heading to Chicago next weekend... never been there before.

I was just wondering what people thought of for things to go see?

I've kind of narrowed it down to maybe the Brookfield Zoo and Shedd Aquarium. Maybe I'm overlooking a "gem" tho? Something that is a must see or is much better in person than they show on the internet.

 

navy pier is a nice place to go and hang out city is beautiful at night you should try out navy pier if your down for that

 

sometimes theres stuff going on in millienium park.

 

shedd aq is really really expensive.. over priced IMO

i used to work at union station (I.T.) lol basically if you start there.. right across the street is sears tower (or wtf ever its called now).

union station has a bunch of fast food and i think a bar/grill in it..

lake short drive is one of my fav to drive down. good sight seeing.
michigan ave has all the shopping type stuff. be prepared to walk A LOT

You really should check out the view from the Sears/Willis Tower.
Last time I was there, I "wasted" 2 days in the Museum of Science and Industry. That was Very Cool.

Friday and Saturday night, go to ford factory in stoney island off of 126th street. =-) lots of fun.

 

Yes. I love that place. Would be such a great job for a bit. That and sears tower.
