He wasnt "bashing" you... All you really talked about was your car, and he was making a joke. If it bothered you that much, then you wouldn't have been talkn about it all night long. Ok so you had a tire go out...who hasn't?? Order a tire, put it on, and bam... as a matter of fact, to help you out, order two. Incase this happns again. I always have a spare tire, cuz I have always had 18's and they aint ez to find either. Instead of getting mad, poke fun at him back.
Well of course all I did was talk about my car......b/c it wasn't there! Lol. Had it been there I would've let it speak for itself. But since it wasn't, I wanted to speak in its absense. I'm damn proud of my car.
Its not the fact that I have to get a new tire that botihers me......its the fact that on my set of 18" Enkeis I had on before I switched to the 19"s, the same thing happened. All I was getting at is that I have no luck with tires on aftermarket wheels. But your right, order a new tire and get on with life. That's the plan, but I still wanna bitch about it, lol.
As for another meet......I'm not sure if ill have the 'balt much longer. I'm contemplating trading the thing in. It was a great car for a while. But the last two months its brought nothing but problems. Two ruined tires (not the cars fault, but the car seems to bring back luck), two broken wheel studs, some random grinding noise in the front that the dealership is still trying to figure out (3 times in the dealer for that, still can't figure it out).......i m just not sure I really want it anymore. I might trade it in for something cheap and efficent......like a Yaris, lol. My friends say keep the SS b/c they all like it and support it, but we'll see.

Only thing I can tell you dude is that at of the end of the day, if the car is causing more problems than the satisfaction you're getting out of it then you just may have to ditch it. That's what I had to do with my VR-4. It sucked, but I knew if I kept it that it would just dig a hole even deeper.

Hey, I wanted everybody there. I was trying to run back and forth making sure everything was cool with everybody haha. I'm glad everybody came out.
I'm the one in the pics with the black hair and the black and white striped shirt.

Well, three 19" at least , or so we've heard over, and over, and over..........
Anyway people, here's that little vid that I took with my cam. Nothing fantastic, but a very special thanks goes out to those people that felt the irresistable urge to "bird" the cam. Reminds me of the response, "Is that your age, or I.Q.?"
Wanted to take more time to edit it but I'm tired and it's late.

I dunno, we'll see. That grinding noise I mentioned that the gm techs couldn't figure out, they tell me now they speculate it may be something transmison related. I haven't touched **** on my tranny nor have I even taken it to a track or even launched it really, so I'm hoping they warranty it. If they don't, and they want a bunch of money, of which I don't have, to fix it........bye bye balt. Gonna go strip off what I can (such as the wheels, engine torque damper and strut bar, rotors......anything I still have stock equipment to replace it with).......and go buy something cheap, b/c I'm not gonna get what I should for it b/c modded cars suffer in re-sale, which means w/e car I get to repalce it is gonna have a few thousand dollars added on to the price of a new car.
So who knows.

Went in yesterday after work (left my car overnight), they STILL can't figure out the grinding noise. 5 technicians and the tranny specialist have all looked at it. The trans is fine, no signs of rubbing, scraping, clearance issues anywhere.....who knows. At least my girlfriend agreed to buy me the tire if I buy her springs for her next month after I'm back on my feet.
