Calling out Va. Cobalts for a track day.
Ok, the Hampton Roads thread is HUGE, and the Virginia Cobalts thread is getting there, so I'm amking a new one. As some of you recall, i had proposed a mass meet of some sorts for all the local area cobalts to discuss a mass trip to the tracks..Well....If we can work it out, I'm opting for the trip next week, either Saturday or Sunday, makes no diff to me. I want to start compiling a list of people, so if you're game, post it in this thread, and shoot me a pm with contact info. I'd like to set up an introductory meeting next Tuesday/Wednesday evening, so we can finalize everything, confirm pricing for those who have not gone before, etc....This is open to ALL cobalts.
Chris.

It's guaranteed I can make something happen to accomodate as many as possible. I checked the VMP page, the next Test/Tune isn't until the 15th of next month(saturday), so that gives us a little more time to plan. The mass meet does not necessarily have to be a track day. Even if it came down to just the lot of us meeting up and hanging out, that would work to, we have plenty of future dates we can work with for track days, I just want to meet the rest of you. SO you let me know what's good for you guys, and we'll go from there.
Next little meet is Saturday afternoon in the Haygood Plaza in VB...Art, if you can't get off till later, I'm sure Doc and I can talk the other Cobalt owners to have our own little get together that night.

Actually, if we're talking about VMP, it's 26 bucks, and you run all day. Bring a helmet if you can break 13.99. The next test/tune is April 15th.
