well at night it would be tough unless someone has some good camera equipment..

daytime or dusk I have a few ideas:

1. German village. Lots of brick roads and side alleys. Would be ideal for a small group of cars.
2. Hoover dam & reservoir in Westerville. There are long stretches of waterfront along the road with parking lots.

10:30ish for Polaris is the best time to head there.

If you all want to meet somewhere before, do a photo shoot, then go to Polaris that could be cool..

I know myself and Tenn just got re-tuned so we are ready for action..
