Dyno Day ? Who would seriously be interested !

I'm thinking about putting together a dyno day event and wanted to get everyones thoughts on an event such as this. Serious intersts only.
I talked to Dyno Pro Auto in Fox River Grove about hosting a Dyno Day Event.
We went throught the numbers and came up with this.

Individual Runs 2-3 Runs with wide band Air/Fuel and Graphs
$90.00

10 Members
$70.00

15-20 Members
$65.00

This would include a cookout and tech help as well.
Again serious interest only since if you show up you only screw everyone else. We have some interested people on the JBO that will be comming as well. No solid date yet just judging interest.

I would join in but I am from Michigan. I'll just get my dyno done at Detroit Speed Works.

The SPC is also coordinating an upcoming dyno day in Joliet, IL with the Redline Forums and a few more of the Saturn performance groups. It will be held at TMW dyno in Joliet, at the intersection of I-80 and Larkin. Originally it was planned for October 29th, but we've had a schedule conflict and will be moving it to November 12th. If you are interested, please drop me an email at billdeebs@aol.com.

TMW is owned by a friend of mine. He originally had the dyno in the floor of his garage at home and as his dyno business has grown, so has his shop. It is a 2500 square foot, dedicated dyno facility. The building is less than 1 year old, we just finished epoxy coating the floor and getting the lifts installed before this year's SPC Rally, which was held in Chicago. (www.saturnperformanceclub.com, go to events...). It's a clean, well done, convenient and consistent place to dyno. Since we began using this same Dynojet back in 1997 we have logged over 400 runs on it and our repeatability has been stellar. Tom is an excellent and fair shop owner. He also has a truck and heavy equipment repair business in a 4 acre parcel just down on Route 6 from the dyno shop. See ya in November.

Our old Team Sponso was from STL. Took him a max of 5 hrs as well with a few rest stops. -Erik-

Not saying that you should drive 5 + hrs to dyno but we'll be having a great time. Team JDF plans on making it an annual event.

Consider construction and traffic into the formula?

The place I referred to for our November 12th event is located in Joliet, Ill, or enter the intersection of I-80 and Larkin into Mapquest and it'll get you within 1/4 mile. I'll post the exact address on
