Exhaust problems, need cheap help

So since the wreck my body shop put a p.o.s stock exhaust on my car, after a few weeks in started rattling in lower gears and it hangs down under the car just behind my seat. the body shop tries to tell me they fix it, but i hear it upon leaving the parking lot. Im tired of fooling with the ******** and i need to get it fixed myself. so heres my question, anyone around with a welder that can help me mock up the hangers and whatnot to make sure everything is where it needs to be. i can toss you some money for your time. Let me know.

If you get some muffler clamps and some scrap metal (or just some stock metal) you can make your own hangers w/o needing a welder. Or you can stop by an exhaust shop and see how much they want to weld up some hangers.

Medina is about 30 miles south of Cleveland, im trying to figure out where the problem is myself, only thing is i dont have a jack/jackstands here to get under there and look. i would like to diagnose it myself to figure out where the problem is and get it done right, im not gonna pay some backyard muffler shop to tinker with my exhaust for a few hours.
