i had to file a paypal dispute on streetdreamz due to not recieving the 79's he was selling to wickedss2005 and i. him not responding to PM's pushed the matter even more. nothing pisses me off more than seeing someone has ignored a PM. Just informing to anyone who may decide to purchase something off of him.

 

Been there. If the money is drained out of the account already and you win, you still lose.

He recieved pmt on 8/28 and stated they were on the way

 

I got screwed on a blower I sold to a guy on here. He claimed that the bearings were bad on the blower I took off my running car, filed a chargeback through his credit card, I lost all the money he sent me +$10 paypal charged to "resolve" the dispute, and I lost a perfectly good M62 with a 2.8" on it.

 

Who was that Joe?

 

Encyclopedia was his name on here, Aaron Johnson from Chino, CA.

 

has he been on the site? sounds like jumping the gun to file a dispute after a week or so without more of a reason to do so.

 

It sucks when people use a good payment method for bad things. I think that's the only downside to pay pal. Corrupt people.

 

You're opening a dispute one week after you paid the guy? It's called patience buddy, have a little! You have 45 days to open a dispute.

He lives in WV i live in OH... 2-3 days max GROUND.. i explaind what pushed me to open the dispute...dont you like at least a little communication when buying used items?

well it just took me 3 weeks to send USMCfieldMP the car cover he bought from me. I'm only able to ship stuff out on Saturdays and i had a problem the 1st 2.....

But this last 1 i was able to ship it out.... had he not given me a little time might have had a problem. Then again I did PM him a few times letting him know. Yea I guess he should maybe respond here or there to a PM.

 

yea ... he got his money and hasnt responded since. even with the dispute filed... no responce. I thank i have been more than fair with this guy.
