bwalker0510 sold me a Turbo Kit for 2000$, i sent him 1500$ as a payment, for him to ship out the Turbo Kit and was planning on sending him 500$ after the items showed up, Click Here to see his sale thread. His name is Darren, and i'm hoping that someone can help me with this problem. He has no proof of shipping this Turbo Kit and already has my money and he has ignored my attempts to contact him in every way possible since thursday. I've requested a tracking number with out any responses, and no answers of my phone calls. Several attempts to contact him failed, which leaves me worried, since I've made a upfront payment on this product. He did say that the item has been shipped, and that it is on it's way and should be here next week sometime. This leaves me in a huge financial bind that leaves a huge dent in my life if I do not receive this item in good condition and in a timely manner. This is a lot of money to me, and I've been saving it for 4 months while struggling to keep the bills paid. If things dont get resolved quickly, I will go ahead with charges and file a police report with in the next two days.

If someone who knows Darren, or can contact him and let him know what i'm trying to reach
him regarding the Turbo Kit he owes me, that would be great.

 

if you paid on pay pal or credit card just file a report with either you can get your money back

 

I've done that both with the credit card company and paypal. Just want to give this guy a break, and maybe even get the damn turbo kit.

 

I have met Darren a few times. He is a good person, and yes he is hard to get ahold of. When did he say that he shipped it? I know that shipping internationally usually adds 3-4 days if your paperwork is right, and if it is not right add about 7 days to it.

 

Hey, thanks for the post, he actually is a nice guy. He told me that he shipped it last thursday, and has ignored my phone calls since. I've filed disbutes, left him voicemails, messsages, and all those fun things. Basically started ignoring me ever since i asked
for proof of shipment.

 

Still haven't heard a single word from Darrin, still no shipments showed up, and he still hasn't replied to the paypal claims....

 

Yeah that's, excuse my language, but fucked, I would be furious, I'm not sure of this guy, don't know him, and what it sounds like isn't a very a good guy to run a so called business. Maybe he is having some issues and just don't have the time to answer you, but that is still no excuse while trying to run a business.... I would contact pay pal and see what the hold up is on your money and get that **** back, and then save up some more and buy from a more trusted vendor... Good luck..

 

good luck hopefully things work out. This is why i wont buy anything worth more than $300 off of someone privatly and do shipping, to scared of being screwed unless i pick it up in person and do a exchange at that point.

Well, i went ahead with the deal because i knew that he sold u something and you were a happy customer. Anyone have any contact with this guy at all? He still wont get back to me.

Yeah.. i already have his cellphone number. He probably just deletes my voicemails and ignores my calls whenever he can. He has totally disappeared.

Well, he's in the military, specifically, the Army and in Louisville, Ky.
Check all his threads to see who his command is or anything like that, then call and talk to the Seargent Major and explain the situation. You'll get your money or product.

 

Paypal puts a instant hold on his account, but if he withdrawled the 1500$ before the i called paypal to open the claim... thats as far as paypal will go unless my credit card company goes further into it. He also has a good chance of getting charged...

He was discharged about 6 months ago if I recall correctly. Keep burning the phone up.

 

hey mike this is darrens brother. the night he talked to you last when we were at our dads he got locked up. long story short, alot of people around his area knows his situation with the mother of his child/gf he was trying to work things out with. that night when i dropped him off one of his old friends was at the house and wasnt there to see him. darren snapped, people got really hurt, and darrens in jail. i know for a fact he sent the kit as i was with him and i know his gf has the tracking number which i am still trying to get. i talked to him this morning and he asked me to check on here and see if u got it...obviously not....if u dont get it by middle of this coming week im going to paypal your money back for him and when you get the kit you can pay him whatever the full amount is. i promise you hes a good guy just talk to people from around his area.

 

I will vouch... I know his situation with the ex was fucked up, but didn't know it was this fucked up.

I feel sorry for the situation Darren is in. I have called the police and told them to remove charges. I appreciate you coming on here and helping him out. If you can get the tracking number that then would prove the items are on they're way and that everything will be good. I really hope the best for him, and the good times start coming his way again. To be completely honest, this makes sense, other then I dont know how his cellphone is still charged up and ringing :P

 

Hey i was talking with one of Darrens buddys Bryan which is also a buddy of mine. He told me that Darren is a cool guy just has situations. So if i misled you in any ways sorry. I just dont like to pay before i get you know. But it seems that Darren is a cool guy. Every one i have talked with about him Has said good things about his shipping things, and about selling things. So all should be well for now on since you know what is going on.
