Boo...its still a ford....meaning gay, crappy, sucky, slow (compared to other cars in its class) i am not impressed. I would much rather pay 25K less on a corvet z06 and spank those all day. Hell for the same price of that car you can get a 09 SS that is like 100 hp more and even more ownage, among other cars.... plus i think its ugly. Rare, yes...but i wonder why... I see more Lambos

Well with money and time you can have ANY car running that fast. But um exactly how fast does FORD have it running? and BTW Rouch and Saleen doesn't count, because they are not associated with Ford what so ever. I will admit, Ford is coming out with a SuperSnake that has like 600hp, and S/C upgrades that will push it around 725hp. but that voids the warrenty. That is prolly the most impressive thing Ford has done since they built the Mustang. But still 155K for that GT...not worth it at all. Thats like a couple years ago paying 90K for the NSX.... The GT might as well be the "new" NSX

I finally got back out the the dropzone and did a skydive today.
It was great to get back up there and enjoy some freefall time.

they have spent 2 grand less then i have on my car and they got that thing doing 9.6 in the 1/4. i should have just gotten that stang in the first place and put money into that supercharged car.

here is a link, its not the updated time that they have in the forums but its good enough still a 9 second 1/4 time. and the picture you see of the stang is exactly how they run it on the drag strip, looks bone stock gt500 to me

well they dont say how they got it there. I assume they just put a few bolt ons and did a tune. But understand this, from the factory cars come tuned with the best power/fuel milage possible. Get a nice dyno tune on the Z06 and i bet it will be just as fast. I guarentee I could go get a dyno tune for my car and be pushing 13's. There is nothing that you can tell me that will make me like fords. I give respect where it is due, but Ford is just a little behind.

 

I was giving the door greeter at work a break last night and stepped out the front doors, and I saw a black ss(not sure it was supercharged) with the low profile spoiler and mess grilling. Anyone seen it before? Just thought I'd share.

Saw an SS/SC today with a "shocker" sticker on the back window and a decal that said "Widespread Disturbance" or something like that. As I tried to get closer to get a better look I guess he thought I was trying to run with him cause he sped up. Fool obviously didn't know who I was
