Actually Ceaser, you WILL pass. The VA inspection law says your exhaust must have a Cat, and exit the vechicle. So as long as you have a cat, and your tail pipe goes to the end of the car, or exits the vehcile your good to go! Fart cans are different, some people won't pass b/c if a cop wants to go DEEP into the law, its illegal, but you got nothing to worry about.

**** son...well i was coming home from the G/F's house, and low and behold a WRX is beside me well, i slowed down cuz i thought a cop was on the road and a Rouch Stang drives past us, I thought the WRX was gonna go for him and i was like **** it im goin for it. and the WRX backed off, and before i could catch up to the Stang he floored it when i was about a car behind him, so i down shifted to 3rd and he DSed to 4th and he didnt pull on me at all, or at least that i could see. I was pretty happy and came to the conclusion that he was stage 1.
