I'm prepared. Anyway, back to the subject at hand. How does it handle? That coilover setup should be the top of the line suspension upgrade for us. Hopefully I will have my own set before the weather warms up next year.

 

Honestly, this should be the first thing anyone does to their car before adding more power. The car has plenty of power stock, I've proven that .
A person should be at top level with the car before they think they need more power that they can't handle anyway. Although I too have been guilty in the pursuit of more power, my first recommendation to anyone on this car would be traction and suspension. But, most importantly, learn how to drive.

 

Yeah knowing how to drive is a good thing.but honestly I love how my car handels as is ,could stick a lil more at the corrners at the track but racing tires will help with that.I really dont want a riged every day driver just to take a corner 5 mph faser .Do you think your car sticks enough to get quickest time at langely next year with your new tires and coilovers?

You know I'm kidding. Can't wait until were both out there again whippin' up on dem der folks. As for fastest time, definately shooting for it. And Lee knows how I shoot.
I want wider rims/tires now. Need more rubber on the pavement. Being as stiff as it is, I'm sure It's going to want to kick out. Hell, I started doing that on the stock suspension and race rubber.
Even if I don't get fastest time, they'll remember me for sure. Besides, that guy with the fastest time doesn't even one-on-one. At least we can brag about our lap times and kills.

I saw some special gunmetal Enkei rims that are $685 a wheel. They are special order supposedly, but the company drills for whatever bolt pattern you have. They were 245/45/18 and they weighed less than 20 lbs.

 

I don't think you can fit a 245 without some kinda of spacer. I may be wrong.

I went on the website and it said November is TBA. Are they having a Street night this friday? Anyone up to go if they are?

What was the site? If you are armed, then you should be at a $10 an hour site...mostly 7-11's are that rate. There are a bunch of them in the Norfolk-VA Beach area that we have.
