welcome to our little part of the cobalt world!
man starting to see a few new faces here.
think casy sold that ss/tc, cause i dont see it out there any more.
seen a black chic a few days ago driving a red ss/sc on J.Clyde.
seen an acura over in the Vinnies' parking lot by 3 cops- 1 was an undercover.....the car was still there this morning when i headed to work.
and while 3 cops were dealing with the acura, a truck, a bug and other car was zipping through what little traffic there was in J.Clyde. pissed me off.

smmrbalt05, tint might be your 1st step.
but WHAT do you want to do with your cobalt?

All those in favor of banning Steve from making mod suggestions?.......

ALRIGHT SMMR,
What Cobalt do you have, and what do you want to do with it? (straight line, autocross, roadrace, streetrace )
Ah, a 2.2. My first recommendation is alway suspension. Stiffen it up and you'll like how it feels.

Well, that would take me being in the car to make it look really good.
But she said she was more about performance. Important pieces of info: Can she handle what it has already? Or, Is she just another non-drivin' power hungry punk?

Don't worry, Langley shrivels even the biggest of egos.

As for the LAMBALT, it's still mine, but it's seen better days. I just had to have the transmission replace (on my dollar) then the engine craps out on me. It may be a while before it rides again.
At least I have the fastest Cobalt time attack at Langley(19.4secs) .
Faster than some "better" cars even.

On better news about cars...
Somebody is going to take a look at the Fiero tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed.

lets go get a snail and strap it on
I have some coil-overs coming, we could put them on too and make it a sleeper that can handle.

The thing is, I know my car very well. I've raced it strait line, autox and through the mountains. Oddly enough, the mountains didn't scare me; but only because seeing the possible drop made me keep on my toes and keep my speeds reasonable. After that, I decided not to try anything similar again. This is my daily driver... and a FWD car that is prone to understeer. Without a LSD, well, it just sucks to think about trying to beat a clock and going into that next to last turn and BAM. *** that

That's how I roll.
If I had a LSD, I'd be punishing more cars than I already do.
