It's the pipe/joint that gets bigger when you flex it, just like an arm.

Yes, the constant added line pressure killed the trans in my '96 Z. Back then I thought it was awesome that my automatic could chirp second, so I left it on the second setting. Over time the car no longer chirped second and became stock again, I then turned off the B&M ShiftPlus and the car barely wanted to shift and you would notice slippage. It got tossed back on the second setting and tucked back under the dash. I sold the car to a friend whom was aware, amazingly it held as a bandaid the whole time he owned the car and never once let the trans slip.

Good times.

Steve, the answer is BOTH. A wideband is an oxygen sensor too. The difference is that most oxygen sensors are narrow band. Narrow band is unable to give us an afr (air to fuel ratio). It can only tell us if things are working right. A wideband not only tells us if things are working right, can give us an afr to tell us if the mixture is rich, lean, or stoich, and to the exact severity the moment it happens.

Why are you shouting? Are you going to come to the dyno day at the end of the month?

Hey guys,

Please let me know ASAP if you are going to the Dyno Day at All Aspects. I'm trying to keep an accurate list of whose going. Please PM me so that I do not miss anyone if you reply in this thread. See you all on the 27th!

Thanks, Anthony

VA salvage sucks in both quantity and pricing, definitely something I miss back home.

Only found 2 victory red Cobalt trunks within the area/state, one is in Yorktown, spoilerless, $350! Would not go down in price, total dickbag. Other is down the road in Hampton, low-rise (meh), $250 but they wrote with the paint pen across half the back of it (claims it'll come right off, skeptical).

Back home I found 5-7 within 2 hours from where I lived, one for $150 at a really reputable place, other one is $195 at a place I've bought other parts from. Going to have a friend inspect both and hopefully get one shipped and still come out ahead.

Just ranting.

I'm unsure of how much the drop, but putting FE5 springs on a car with the FE1 suspension does lower it a little. I saw this when a friend put 18's on his LT. With the stock suspension he had a huge gap between the tire and fender. When he installed SS springs it reduced the gap.

Paint pen came off, they used brake cleaner. Not something I would of done, but it did work and add some compound and a layer a wax she looks mint.

He also gave me a "cool" discount.

Yeah, that is what's up.

I'm probable. Unsure about Kim. I'll have to coordinate with Kim first. What time?
