Ok, so that's my poor attempt to spoof a Christmas song. Well, you get the idea. I wanna cruise in a REAL cruise. Only place to do that is... GREENWOOD!! Let's get this party pumpin! Who's hosting? lol

BBQ like last summer/early fall would be awesome. bring a covered dish or something, have a meet at a park. I dunno. I'm out for dyno tho. The last dyno seemed too far out from Indianapolis for my liking.

On a side note the car is still holding up to the new tune and I've been pushing the car to see if it will pop. So far so good and july 11 is a good date if I do pop the map I wont have to drive all the way back to your house!!

Had a ******* in a new camaro cutting through traffic only to ride my ass, I was going to punch it but I thought to myself I can't afford to get a ticket and obviously this ******* could. It looked like a v-6 by how slow it went passed me while he was at wot from 70. LOL

Lets rewind back to Febuary 2005 I was a hell of a lot more choky and arragent, decided that my almost paid for grand am gt wasn't good enough for me and I wanted to buy the car of my dreams so I call penske honda and ask them if they have any used honda
S2000's in stock and sure enough they had a 2002 black s2k with 30,000 miles so after work me and my wife go and test drive it. I had never had a sports car before and getting to hear a car capable of 9k rpms was breath taking. So I took the car home and the clutch went out of it that night before I signed the papers, took the car back and said that I wanted my car back and they offered to put a new clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing if I bought the car. After they installed it the car was even more bad ass!

Three months pass by and I really think my **** doesn't stink! I'm getting off of work so I put the top down and hop on the interstate. As I'm driving around 465 I get to the east side around 56th street and had the cruise set at 65 and I'm in the middle lane, and start to come up to slower traffic. Their was a truck in the left lane, me in the middle and a van with a motorcycle in front of him and a car in front of the motorcycle. The motorcycle decides to pass the slower car in front of him and cuts in front of me, well I had the cruise on so to him it prolly appeared like I was trying to block him cuzz he did it at the last second so I hit the brakes to slow down and shut the cruise off. I made sure I didn't tailgate him, and then he stays in the middle lane going about 62 but fast enough to pass the car on the right but the truck in the left lane was still their. So after I finally passed the car on the right I pressed resume on the cruise and merged into the right lane and on my merry way. After I was around the motorcycle I merged back into the middle lane, as soon as I did the guy on the motorycyle flipped me off so I laughed and flipped him off too. I guess that really pissed him off cause he speed up as close as he could to the bumper of my car shouting pull over! Im gonna kick your ass! I thought about calling the police but seriously doubt that one they would do anything two would be able to hear me with the top down. SO I thought this guy is on a big ass harley and I'm in a sports car, he wont be able to keep up so I go from 6th to 3rd and floor it. I instantly could hear the bike trying to keep up, we are now at about pendelton pike and I'm going well over 100mph and I can see in the rearview the guy is trying to chase me, As we pass i70 he has caught up with me cuzz of slower (respeecting the rules of the road) traffic and he gets back on my ass telling me to pull over. As we get around to 465 and Washington street(same area of the camaro tailgating) I decided that I'm going to go from the fast lane and merge 4 lanes over to the exit ramp I floored it again and didn't think he would be able to do the same. SO when the exit came up I flew 4 lanes over and merged onto the exit ramp and as I did I was going about 90 and the guy on the bike made the same manuever, as we got over I had to slow down and as I did the guy on the bike bumped my back bumper I looked in the rear view mirror to see the guy on the bike starting to loose control of his bike and then crashed. I stop on the shoulder and ran back and the guy was unconcious and people started stoping and looked at me and said I was driving like a maniac and what the **** was my problem and I of course said the guy has been chasing me for about 5 miles and I was just trying to get away from him and that just seemed to **** the people of more so I just waited for the police to get their. I spoke with the state trooper and told him the story and that I shouldnt have flipped him off and try to speed away from the sitiuation. He gives me my drivers licensce back and says I'm free to go but as I get back in my car I felt horrible and since that day my life hasn't been the same....

Fast forward two years....

I'm sitting at a job interview and I'm told I got the job but the HR lady told me"Zach you have a arrest warrant out and you will need to get this matter addressed!" I reply I have know idea why I would have a warrant so when I get home I call downtown and ask them to check my status and they said "Yes you have a warrant for failure to appear on august of 2006" so I instantly knew it was from this wreck, I call and get a lawyer to help me out since I was never notified that I had a court date and my license address was always the same. So we go to court and I explained what happend and they said that my actions was wreckless driving (which I agree but wasn't going to have that on my license) so I did a plea agrement of wreckless endangerment (sounds worse but doesn't affect your drivers licensce) and had to pay court costs and do 30 hours of communty service.
After court was over I immdeatly paid my court costs and got my papers for communtiy service.

I worked at a goodwill for several weekends to get my 30 hours complete and when it was finally done I took copies of the communtiy service to my lawyer and to traffic court to be processed so the case would be closed.

Fast forward to July 3rd 2008...

We had a cobalt meet and several people were their, Chris with the supercharge cavailier asked me if I would drive his car so he could hear his exhaust. So me and Jimmy Ifckrock hopped in his car and took it up 31. As I'm driving I realize my wallet was in my car so I pulled over and let Jimmy drive. As we are going along the exhuast grabs the attention of a local sheriff and just happens to pull us over as we enter the parking lot of where everyone was parked. The cop asks for Jimmys licensce and mine and I told the cop that my licensce was in my car parked over about 100 ft away and he takes my name and says I'll be right back with you. The officer gets out of his car and walks over to my side of the car and tells me to put my hands behind my back and I'm under arrest and I was like WHAT THE ****!!! the cop says I was being arrested for non compiance with the court and I of course had completed everything plus turned my paper work in. He said their was nothing he could do, the computer said I had a warrant! I sit their in handcuffs in front of all the cobalt guys waitning for a paddywagon to take me to jail. I ask if Spencer247365 could take my car so it doesnt get towed and the cop at least allowed me that courtesy.

I was the first in the paddywagon and the last out. Their was 9 people in the back before he actually took me to jail. People banging their heads on the divider pissing on themselves and to top it off the driver was going as fast as he possible could in a fullsize chevy van, in short the ride to jail was worse than being in jail. Once I finally got in jail it was a nightmare come true! I had to sit their until they could get me into court on a sunday morning... yes their is 24hr court when your in jail! After about 8 hours I get to see the judge and he is a hindu with a big white head on his nose. I tell him that I went to court paid my debit to society for my crime and had know idea why I was arrested and he said if you dont have a certificate of compliance than you never fofilled your end of the agreament...your next court date is one month from today!

That next day I went to traffic court and said their is a problem! I was arrested and had already takin care of my responsiblity! The lady got my file out and said well everything appears in order and then she said I see the problem... someone didnt date stamp your communtiy service when you turned it in. I will cancel your court appointment and proccess your paperwork and give you a print out so this will never happen again.

So I learned A big lesson over all of this... racing on the streets is a big ass risk... do I do it... occasinally but all in all racing belongs on the track!

Was I intimadated by a camaro... **** no! I was intimadated by the story above

and then you got cobalt 1... which you traded for cobalt 2. you change cars like I used to change jobs lol

 

My trading days are over, I love the cobalt ss either supercharged or turbocharged they are great cars and have had more fun haning out with the cobalt guys than any other clique in Indy!
