Yeah, I dunno, I kind of lost interest when I noticed it was starting at 5; I must have thought it was an all-day thing. I can't explain it.

I might still come. I should be getting my other car ready for a show tomorrow, but if its ready in time I may swing down to Indiana.

Didnt it end up raining down there ?? .......I saw ur car at SSC fri. night , looked like a pretty decent pass , I was gonna hunt ya down , but there there just too many cars .

 

ya, started raining right when the sun went down so we had no cool air runs

 

I turned around when I hit rain on 294; the funny thing is, it never rained a drop at home.

 

Could we plan something like this again?

 

^^^ Unless things have changed , 41 is closed until futher notice over some drama about who the owner is and the one that wants to own it .

I would totally be down for planning something at Muncie dragway . Its a pretty cool track .

 

Muncie definitely wouldn't be a problem for me.

 

There is a lot more involved in the 41 deal than two people arguing lol.

The owner died. Wife got the track. Hired someone to run it. Owner had a son and was bitter. Broke into track with about 20 friends. Stole things like the staging light and et printer plus more in sure. They broke things and damaged things that belonged to the staff like their golf carts and 4-wheelers. Local police wouldnt do anything about it. Taking it all into court to settle it. Track will re-open once this is all settled. This is a tragedy
