K&N intake and a magnaflow exhaust on that bad boy and I'll be right around 325 horses, only bad thing is it weighs in at a staunch 3600 lbs This somebitch is fast as hell though. test drove one of the new SS/TC's today and I don't know if I can justify buying it, even though the optional engine control led on pillar is AMAZING!!! Timing, Spark timing, and airfuel, bad ass option.
Noice! That'd be bad ass man, good luck with it.

Do it! lol

Man we're just going to have to have an ex cobalt owners meetup or something Stroker and I will bring the trucks, Silver in the GXP, turbo goat, and a Cobra. I miss my car though, it's still sitting in the back of the dealer. I'm tempted to see how low I can get them to go on the price since I can point out every little thing about it lol.

Only paid 15 g's for it and it only has 38,000 miles on it, KBB is 18 for it Actually came out on top So it wasn't quite cheap but i HAD to have this car. They make a turbo kit for it for 5 g's that puts it over 500 horses and 600 ft. lbs. and drops your quarter mile to 12.0 @ 120 on stock tires BONER TIME!!!

I will get pics up as soon as I get a clear day and sunshine

I got it at Andy Mohr Chevrolet in Plainfield, same place I bought the balt. I recommend Chad Dailey if any of you guys go to buy a car, no pressure and he won't act like he knows more about cars than you do!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good guy. Stroker, I talked to that guy about that cobalt, he said it had gotten rearended something vicious and shipping would've been around a grand so I went with the bigger car to haul my son around in, got tired of putting him in the back seat of a two door, I am a LARGE man. lol We'll all have to get together sometime and check out our new rides. The Cobalt/Ex-Cobalt Club lol.

Yeah I have gone a little crazy! I hope to be around 400 Hp by spring. Now I just have to find a way to keep my wheels from spinning in the first 3 gears (and torque steer under control). Right now my tires pretty much are spinning or wheel hop really bad in gears 1-3. It's not going to matter how much power I have if I cant get the traction. I just ordered race engine mounts and a few other visual mods...Hopefully the engine mounts will help with the wheel hop.

Have they said when they will be releasing updates for the SS/TC?

sorry to hear you had a bad time at oriely... care to elaborate why?

for 15 bucks its the most fun I've ever had with any sports car I've owned... and of course I will be their opening day!

I would say a dyno day but thats really expensive and doubtful that people would actually attend when the date set comes around...

Anyone have a suggestion and idea for a date for a spring meet?

what's the point of havin a car w/ all of those mods if you don't use it at the track? are you lookin at gettin better axles? do you hear often balts snappin axles? my cavy has smaller axles than a balt and i haven't snapped mine.
