Indy Meet March 24th

Alright indy guys looks like weve got enough people interested in getting together so maybe we can finally get something together. This is all open to suggestions.

March 24th:
I say lets shoot for meeting at Cozzilino Motorsports in Plainfield first. Their dyno day starts at 9:30 a.m. and ends around 2:30ish p.m. So any time after 9:30, I will probably show up between 10 and 11 seeing as how im close to the bottom of the dyno list and dont need to be there first.

From there we can take a little road trip up to Pinheads in Noblesville and meet up with whatever J-body guys are having a meet there. Dont know what you guys think but I sure as hell am gonna be hungry by then and kcwhitedss said there is a BW-3's up there, so I am thinking that would be a good place to grab a bite to eat and maybe grab a couple brews.

So what do you guys think?

Address to Cozzilino Motorsports:
4444 Decatur Blvd.
Indianapolis, IN 46241

Address to Pinheads:
13825 Britton Park Road
Fishers, Indiana 46038

Im deff. in cause im the guy that usualy sets the dates on the J-body.org. We also meet once a month, and meet about twice a month just to work on someones car. We are also planning a BBQ this summer at Forrest park in Noblesville. The reason why we usualy stay in the Noblesville/Fishers area is that the majority of us are in Noblesville,
Anderson, Muncie, and castleton areas and it just close for all 20 or so of us, but we are willing to change locations for something new. The group of us have been talking for the last year or so on starting a group not a car club, that way there is no commitments or the hastle, so you can come and go as you want. We have come up with GMTI Gm tunners of Indiana. Just let me know what you guys think, and yes B-dubs and a cold beer sound good right now.

GMTI sounds great, I am not very experinced in major engine work nor tuning but I am very eager to learn about both and have an appropriate background currently in school for Mechanical Engineering Technology. It would also be nice to get a crowd together of both J-body's and Delta's seeing as how they are so similair drivetrain wise. So I am def game for anything.

I also started a thread on the "other site" for the redline boys if any of them are interested.

I dont know the whole story but its like some forbidden sin to mention the "other site" on both of these forums, freakin ridicuolous. Does anyone know what actually happened with all that cant say ive ever heard the story?

Not sure yet, I will be there for sure so will kcwhitedss looks like there will be at least twenty people at the dyno day at Cozzilino plus whoever decides to come between now and then. Then whoever will be at the meet in Noblesville. Plenty of people are very interested though and its still a month away so we should have a good turn-out.

I'm hoping I can make it. Nothing has come up yet that would make me need to stay here (at school) this weekend.

Well it looks like I wont be able to make it to all of the meet. I am leaving Sat. evening to visit family in Kentucky. I will still be at the dyno day in Plainfield but will not be going to Noblesville. Sorry I wont be able to make it after helping organize this but what can you do?

Hopefully there will still be a good turn-out, and we can all get together later this spring since the weather is getting nicer all the time.
