You are in the Ameriplex, correct? That is off of US 67 (Kentucky Ave), not 37. Hell.... I work across the street at the CASE dealer.

You bet, right across the street. I run Heavy Equipment for Gradex Inc. I've been at the Case dealer many times although it's not been recently.

Thanks for the complement. I don't work there, they're hosting the event on their dyno. The WRX probably belongs to someone at Modern Speed Labs right next door.

I might be interested just to get a baseline dyno. I also have a buddy with a 99' Dodge 2500 4x4 Cummins that we have upgraded extensively and may be pushing close to 1000 ft.lbs. but we have yet to dyno it. Would you be able to accomodate him as well?

I'm sure we can accomodate him. Pete Cozzolino was telling me about the Diesel Truck Dyno Day they had a while back. Let me know if you want a spot or two reserved for you and your buddy.

You've been added to the list cobi. It'll be cool to see some cobalts come out to join us. We all have to feed our fast, don't we

I posted this invite, a month ago, on 11 forums and had no response except the three that are signed up and a couple questions. I talked with Scott yesterday and due to lack of interest (we needed at least 5 people signed up and we currently have three), they’ve decided to cancel the Intense Dyno Tune part of our dyno day. Dyno Day will, otherwise, go on as scheduled and I’ll replace the Intense Dyno Tune slots with dyno tune your own car slots. Dyno tuning is $100 per hr so if you can’t dyno tune your car in the allotted 20min dyno only slot, for $65, you may want to sign up for a dyno tune slot instead. My apologies to Sonny, Derek and anyone else who was considering the Intense Dyno Tune but unfortunately we couldn’t expect the Intense crew to keep that date open forever. Scott has informed me that their Dyno Tune night is typically Tues. night so if anyone is still interested in an Intense Dyno Tune; maybe we could get a group together for a trip to Ohio.

Just wondering I will have some more mods in late spring and wanted to know how much a 3 pull dyno run usually costs there and when it could be done? I would like to use the same dyno for before and after mods to get the most accurate numbers.

Also later that same day the 24th it looks like there is a J-body meet in Noblesville and some of the guys are thinking about coming down to the dyno day. Im not sure if anyone is interested in a dyno yet as we are just getting ideas together but would there be a problem if some J-body guys showed up also?

On what cobi said ther is only three of us J-body that wana dyno, one cobalt ss, one turboed eco cavy, and another Jbody owner that wants to bring his project 71 ventura with a 350 in it. And for those that dont know what that is, it is the pontiac verson of the nova/chevelle.

I think they're regular price is $75 for three pulls. All I did was call ahead to schedule with
him. They're a race team so you may have trouble getting them during race season but I'd think you could get in if you schedule far enough in advance.

Absolutely no problem. We'd be glad to have other car enthusiasts join us.

Do you want spots saved for the three of you? Names? I'm having more trouble with eco cavy than with Pontiac Ventura I guess that shows that I'm old school

Ill check with our three guys and let you know buy the end of the week. And the eco cavy is 2002 cavalier with a stage 2 hanns turbo on a 2.2 ecotec, it should be pushing around 250 to 260 hp range. the guy with the cavy is in the process of tuning the car, cause of some isues hes been having. The guy with the ventura is claiming close to 450 hp out of a fully built 350, but we will see.

I would have but I got chewed out on several other forums for double posting. Maybe if we try this again, this fall or next spring, I'll try posting there as well. Feel free to post a link over there if you'd like (maybe you're moderators aren't as strict as other forums ) but have them respond in this thread so I don't have to check the other one.

Thanks, Dave.

Yeah, sign me up. I've been wanting to get a baseline on my truck to see where it's at. Since I'm high on the list is it okay if I show up around 11-12?
