I live here in louisville, where does everyone hang out at? All I ever see are the gay guys with honda's and eclipses. I'm going to try to make it out to the VALLEY tonight, I used to run my mustang out there all the time, probably have seen some of you all out there. Let me know how everyone does in case I can't make it out.

 

After the Valley, alot of people go out to Indiana to the Hobby Lobby parking lot. Don't know if i will go out there tonight, but i will be at the valley.

I'm spending the evening just tinkering around with this boost bypass valve to see if I can fix it from opening too early.

how much should it cost to get you supper charger snout milled down??? just wondering what you all would be willing to pay.

I ran a 10.2 i was happy i beat a few cars with my 4 door auto. I think that i pissed a guy off after i left we went to bardstown road and this 04 civic pulls up next to me and starts reving up. and doing a burn out next to my 4 door, he was really pissed when the light changed and i left him about 4 car lenghts behind so he pulls up to me at the next light and i look over and his girl is in the passange side laughing at him so we did it again and same effect so at the next light he just pulls a Uy and leaves. my passanger was laughing his ass off cause the civic guy had a really pissed off look on his face that he lost to a 4 door =p.

haha way to rep the 2.4 sedan. 10.2 aint bad, what mph and 60ft? I'm over on bardstown usually on the weekends.

well the input shaft is in 2 pieces again im getting a new trans well new used trans and im selling this weak piece of ****. the motor is strong but the trans are weak and ive been through 3 im done with the cobalt if i was blowing motors it would be different but im killing the trans. ive used the 2.2, then the 2.0. ss and i just killed the 2.4 ss trans they are all junk cheaply made pieces of crap. btw ive taken my trans to a pro shop and asked them to build it stronger and they said they couldent not enough room and the only thing they could do is put in a couple of bearings

 

the 60ft was 2.4 and the MPH was 69.99

 

Wheel hop owned me, I just let out of it. I don't want to break this car. It is the DD and the power will go to the Cav. But I will be putting come on the Balt (stage 3 cluth, TTR Mount, CAI, injectors, and pulley installed.

 

Anyone coming out to Lewis and Clark this weekends?

Hey guys i just returned to the states from a one year deployment and bought my 06 cobalt ss sc about a month ago. im originally from louisville just been over seas for a long time. Is there any local meets in the louisville area, i searched but didnt find anything. i havent seen very many cobalt ss sc around other than another yellow like mine.

 

Well some of us meet in Idiana, but it is hard to get all of us out there at once. There is always 3-4 or us out at once! You could come out Sat!

 

I've heard its a bunch of tools and ricers at hobby lobby.

 

There r some, but its not like u have to talk to them or nething. There are usually about 4 or 5 SS/SC balts up there everytime I go. U can find just about any car up there if u go on the right night.

 

anyone in the louisville had stage 2 installed? if so what dealership and how much did it cost you?

 

Then since its hard to get everyone together at once why dosent someone arange a meet somewhere for like, say, 2 weeks from now. it wouldnt be that hard to do and it would give a chance for everyone in this area and surrounding areas to see other cars and meet other cobalt owners. just an idea. i would be willing to get it all set up but it would be pointless unless people would come to it.
